We assure you that our company will avoid your inconvenience at all costs. Some reasons that may lead us to cancel or postpone are:

- Fires
- Natural Disaster
- Prohibition of traffic by the police or port authority
- Terrorism, war
- Serious accidents
- Mechanical problems with our vehicles which cannot be resolved within 24 hours
- or any other event for which our company is responsible.
In all the above cases you will be informed in time so that you can reschedule or cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event of cancellation on his behalf you will receive a full refund of your payment.
TASTE OF CRETE has the right to proceed with modifications or changes, for safety reasons, weather changes, or any other reason that may affect the program or the duration of the experience.
